Joel Banegas is a fourth generation coffee farmer and cousin to De La Finca owner, Nelson Amador.
He is operations and milling manager in Honduras in addition to managing his own farm, Finca Mira Flores. It is their first family-owned Fair Trade Organic coffee, De La Finca Importers.
